Langlois' work is concerned with storytelling. Anecdotes and family legends are depicted in paintings and drawings that deal with the uneasy relationship he has with his heritage. The dichotomy of being Métis and settler and the lack of connection he has with both. Through the process of art making Langlois seek to understand and integrate the cultures he has come from.
