"Hi, my name is Madelaine Mongey and I am a potter based in Vancouver, BC. I absolutely love making wheel thrown ceramics. It brings me great joy to create a vessel that can be held and used every day.
I graduated from Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2013 with a BFA in drawing. At the time, I thought clay was for nerds and I didn't touch clay one time in college. I tried wheel throwing in 2016 and was instantly hooked."
