Laura Clark is a visual artist based in Vancouver, Canada. Clark’s photography, mixed media sculptural work, and ceramics explore the vulnerability and fragility of the human landscape. Her artistic practice focuses on remnants left behind to reveal the change and transformation that takes place to shape thought, recollections and surroundings. Clark has extensively exhibited in galleries and appears in private collections across British Columbia. In 2022, her photographic series, Dissonance, was featured digitally with Broad Magazine and in 2024 she introduced a new body of work, Ephemeral Echoes, at her solo exhibition at THIS Gallery. In 2025 her multimedia solo installation, Life Force, at Bothkinds Project Space combined sound, film and photography. Creative collaborations have become important in her art practice and range from short films to fashion, each in pursuit embodies her interest in the preservation of feelings and memories. Clark is the recipient of an Awarded Artist Residency at Jen Tough Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico in May, 2026. Clark believes art is a powerful form of expression that can create positive change and she is an active and supportive member of the Vancouver arts and culture community.
