Build a colourful creative practice that fits into your life using just a sketchbook, pencil crayons and the world around you.
Start small. Look closely. Draw in colour.
A relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop about building a regular creative practice with just a sketchbook and pencil crayons.
Participants will work small, draw from everyday objects and supplied reference photos, and explore colour through playful exercises.
The focus is on observation, experimentation and building a manageable art practice, rather than creating finished pieces.

Materials Required
Pencil crayons: Bring whatever you already own. Artist-quality pencils such as Faber-Castell Polychromos or Goldfaber are great but not required.
Sketchbook: Small, spiral-bound, approximately 5.5 × 8.5”, with smooth white paper. Canson XL Mixed Media or similar.
