French Ending - Book

French/English

The title French Ending alludes to the concept used in cinema and literature. Unlike the closed resolutions of an “American Ending,” the “French Ending” functions as inspiration and a narrative strategy that invites the audience to complete the ending from their own experience and interpretation.

Breaking away from conventional forms, the author’s prose unfolds as a fluid stream of consciousness where emotions, thoughts, and narratives intertwine. The book challenges cultural barriers, opening a dialogue on belonging, communication, and what it means to live between languages. This project is a collaboration between Viviana Maidanik at Claraquel Ediciones in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Kyla Bourgh Author and Artist in Vancouver, Canada. The book will be released in French/English and in Spanish.
